A4H along with other organizations hosted a kick-off event for the new Long-Term Enhanced ACO Design model. The event included a Fireside Chat with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Administrator, Dr. Mehmet Oz, Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) Director, Abe Sutton, and CEO of NACHC, Dr. Kyu Rhee. We also held a series of panels that discussed the newest ACO model, opportunities for potential participants, and the application process.
